Thursday, April 22
4:00 to 8:00 pm	Drop by anytime during these hours to do the following: Set up project (Identifying labels will be placed on the tables at the front of the Duckworth Centre) Register for the Friday Activities if your teacher hasn't signed up the whole group. On site tickets for sessions will be given out on a first come basis.
Friday, April 23
8:30 to 9:30 am	Set up for out of town. Viewing of projects
9:30 to 10:30 am	Opening ceremonies for all the MSSS/Alien participants
10:30 to Noon	Friday Activities - Session #1
Noon to 1:00 pm	Lunch (Alien participants may want to eat in the rooms of their activity session (bring a bag lunch ) or have a parent meet them for lunch. There is also a cafeteria on the premises, but it can be very busy.)
1:00 to 2:15 pm	Friday Activities - Session #2
2:25 pm	Arrange for pick-up and/or look at the projects - Please do so quietly as judging of MSSS projects will be occurring.
Saturday, April 24
9:15 to Noon	Judging of Alien Projects. Two judges will see each project. Students should bring a chair, a book or some other quiet activity to do while they wait. If a student has a science project as well as an Alien project, they should leave a sign on their project as to where they can be found when they are not there. Please do not leave until your project has been marked "Judging Completed" as judges can return to ask more questions. If you have family who would like to view the projects, please pick up a visitor's pass that will allow them on the floor.
Noon to 3:00 pm	Lunch - no planned activities
3:00 to 4:00 pm	Alien Awards Ceremony - return to your project a few minutes early and we will walk to the Manitoba Hall Theatre together.
4:00 to 4:30 pm	Take down projects - Invent an Alien is completed
